- Use Boolean Symbols to limit your search. For example, Hershey & chocolate would look
for both words; Hershey / chocolate would look for one or the other. You can search for
phrases. And you can enter search terms in more than one field.
- Use truncation when uncertain of spelling. For example, architect* will call up records
containing architect, architects, architecture.
- Entering the year 1996 will find all of the entries for that year. Entering
<1990 will find items with dates older than 1990. Entering >1990 will find items
more recent than 1990. 1991:1994 will find all entries within that time period.
- To search a particular narrator, type the person's name entering the last name first,
such as Jones, Sam. It is not necessary to include the narrator's first name.
